I will create a windows userforms application in Microsoft excel with macros and vba programming. Data Entry forms ensure Data Validity, Data Integrity and User-friendliness by appropriate validations. 

In Excel or similar applications, it is never recommended to allow user / operator to directly edit data in the worksheets, that may ruin your reporting system and compromises data integrity. Using Data Input user forms in Microsoft Excel will only allow valid information to be entered.
